Payment is required for pre-bidding by TUESDAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION. We accept Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card or In-State Personal or Business Check as forms of payment.
Online Pre-Bids will close at NOON on auction day. Online tie-bids will go to the bidder with the highest maximum bid at the closing of Pre-Bids on the day of the live auction. Further, in the event of a tie-bid between an online bidder and live auction bidder, the winning lot will be awarded to the live auction buyer.
10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid total ~ your purchase price will be the amount you bid, plus 10%. All purchases are subject to Texas Sales Tax unless purchaser possesses a sales tax exempt number and presents evidence of this exemption to the Killeen Auction House.
Every item is being sold “as is, where is”. Winning bid amount at the close of Pre-Bidding will be considered when determining the starting bid at the live auction and the floor workers will use your absentee bid to try to win the item at the lowest possible price under your maximum bid. If your online bid is the winning bid after the live auction closes, then you will be notified either by phone, email or text.
